Server Connection

Hmm me and my friend tried to play .. so i created a server and he connected to it i tried to launch but i couldnt .. because after 15-20 sec he gets kicked out it doesnt say why .. and he cant sit in team when he connects same thing happens when he creats a game and i join :/ i would be thankfull if som1 has a explenation
