Temporarily Impossible to Log-in.

So, whenever I attempt to log-in I receive that message "It is temporarily impossible to login (Or something quite close.). I've updated fine but the News doesn't appear now that I think about.

I tried to do what this thread said to do, but it didn't work for me. Not very savvy with a computer, so I'm unsure if what I did was correct (I opened the Ports using Windows Firewall.).

you have to open those ports on your router
