CTD when I hit "buy" button in character creation

So when I'm creating my character and I have to hit "Buy" to complete my customization, the program crashes to the desktop. Vista tells me the program has quit working and that's it.

Any ideas?

This has been happening to me too, though it was on XP, and on a weaker computer at work. I'm going to try it at home and see how it goes though. It was the latest version, according to the updater.

Hello!

Actually ,it's because some stuff requires "Cyans" to be bought.Cyan is the money which can be traded with real money(euros).
For the moment,when you create a character with this stuff,the game crashes.
Once the character created,you are free to buy (or not) cyans to change your character as you wish!
It's optionnal ,excepted potions which give more life/mana,stuff is just for decoration.

Hello there, Dardrew is right.

Please try for the moment to create a free character (with 0€ in the bill).
If you want to buy some extra stuff in real money, you can do this after the creation. But the game is playable without spending any money, the weapons and the customisations are aesthetical, so don't worry for that.

Ok... that did the trick. So, is that how you will be making revenue from this game? Users purchasing extras and whatnot?

yep JMay this is our "business plan" but the core game is totally free to play.

Hmm i have the same problem but the thing is that i still get crashes when i hit the buy button i have tried with the 0 kayan trick but it didnt work any ideas what might be worng?

Are you sure to hit the button "NEXT" and not the button "BUY" ?
