Impossible to enter the game

I'm having problems to connect, always appears "an error occured in the server"... Does anyone knows how to fiz it? Or aren't you having the same problem?

i have the same issue i just get this error repeatedly
i have requested support via email but have gotten no response
i know my password is correct i can login through the site no problem but the game client rejects my username and password every time
